Discipline Policy

  • 1st Offense: Members are given a verbal warning 
  • 2nd Offense: Member is placed in “Time-out” & reminded of Club rules and policies. Members may also lose a Club privilege.                                                                           
  • 3rd Offense: The member will be sent home & suspended for a period of time determined by the Program Director. 

 

The Boys & Girls Club reserves the right to use any of these steps depending on the offense.

Items Members are not Permitted to bring to the Club

 

 

 

  • All Collectible Cards. 
  • Walkman radios & CD players
  • Gameboys and other personal video game players
  • Pocket knives
  • Superballs
  • Chewing gum
  • Any Items banned by the Sweet Home School District
    *   Cell Phones and other electronics are the total responsibility of Parents and Members who choose to bring them to the club !!

    The Club is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

     

    Office Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
     
    After School2:30pm - 6pm
     

    No School Days and Vacations  NEW HOURS
     6:30am - 5:30pm (Must register at least 2 days in advance) $10.00 per child per day.
    Drop in: 11am - 2pm

    Winter Vacation: We will be open Dec.22,23, 29,30,and 31, so you will need to register your child/children for Winter Day Camp, by 6pm, Dec.19th

    We require at least 5 kids to be registered or we will not be open.
     If we don't have enough youth registered for Day Camp we will NOT open for drop-ins.

     
     Summer Vacation: June 16th - Aug.22nd

    Day Camp: 6:30am - 5:30pm

    Drop-In Hours: 11:00am - 2:00pm

    Breakfast, lunch & snack included

    Costs:
    Summer Day Camp:  $10.00 per day or $ 40.00 per week
    Club Membership: $20/youth/membership year
     
     
    ** The Club will be Closed on Legal Holidays or the day the Holiday is observed.
     
    ** The Club is closed the last two weeks of August each year for repairs and staff training.
     
    ** The Club is closed when the School District closes for weather purposes.
     
     

     

     

    Membership Policy

    Membership is open to all youth ages 6 to 18. Membership does not exclude youth on the basis of sex, religion, color or creed. Membership is available for an annual due of $20. All memberships expire on Aug. 31st regardless of date of purchase for that membership year.

    Daily “Open Rec” Attendance

    Only current Club members may attend the “Open Rec” sessions. Members must sign-in & sign-out each day. Members must place their personal belongings in a cubby, coat rack or locker. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Members are not permitted to loiter outside the Club facility during operational hours. Members waiting for their rides must do so in the building.

    Visitors and Volunteers

    Parents may visit their children at any time. Parents who wish to stay for an extended period of time must register as a volunteer. All volunteers must submit themselves to a criminal background check and brief training.
