Policies and Procedures
Sign-Ups: Parents must sign up their child during the specified sign-up dates to ensure participation. Sign-ups made after the deadline date will be charged an additional $10.00 and will not be guaranteed a spot. All participants must be members of the Boys and Girls Club. All sign-ups are not valid until payments are made. Baseball and Softball Tryouts: Athletes signed up for baseball and softball must attend tryouts. Players who do not attend tryouts will automatically be placed on a lower skill team. Players placed on upper division teams will be charged an additional amount to cover upgrade in uniforms. Refunds: Parents who wish a refund for a sports program must make the request in writing prior to the first game. Requests made after the first game will not be honored. Membership dues are not refundable. Sportsmanship Policy: Parents are not permitted to make negative comments towards the playing field or court. Parents who choose to be disruptive will be given a warning. Should a second offense occur, the individual will be asked to leave and may face expulsion from the program. |
